Both. we provide flexible options to suit your needs:

  • Online sessions via secure video platforms.

  • In-person sessions are held at our therapy rooms in Colehill, nr Wimborne, Dorset.

Absolutely. All training and consultation packages are bespoke, designed around your team’s experience, setting, and learning goals. I’ll work with you to identify key priorities and create meaningful, evidence-informed learning experiences.


7. What is your approach or theoretical framework?

Our practice is informed by attachment theory, trauma-informed care, PACE, and reflective practice models. We use a relational, strengths-based approach that values empathy, collaboration, and curiosity.

9. Do you work with individuals as well as organisations?

Yes. we offer services to individual practitioners as well as teams, services, and organisations.


10. What are your fees?

Fees vary depending on the type of serviceand the duration of the appointments. Approximate prices can be found on the services section of our website.


11. Do you provide ongoing or one-off support?

Both options are available. Some professionals prefer ongoing supervision or reflective practice to support their work over time, while others may request one-off consultation or training for specific cases or topics.


12. Are your services confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of all our professional work. Information shared in sessions remains confidential, within professional and safeguarding boundaries.
